HOUSING FOR STAFFS BY STAFFS AND GRADUATES

Some of the skills of our civil engineering students could be put to use by initiating a company to help staffs or outsiders who have a land to build affordable housing using IBS etc and generate income for them and UTM. I believe many of us (including my family members and I ) had to appoint outside contractors to build and repair our homes, without effectively utilizing our graduates as well as technical staff. This would definitely generate our income, increase employment of graduates as well as avoid an outflow of income to external parties. Thank you.
