Firstly, I would like to suggest adding a search bar in the website to make it easier for student to access directly to their needs.
Secondly, specify each steps and include a link that isn’t too vague when you are giving a notice (example: link that direct the person straight back to the main portal instead of directing towards the application which happened for student sponsorship confirmation )
