Smart Queuing

since UTM Smart has been launched, I propose an idea to realise queuing system for CLINIC UTM. The doctor may not be many, but the patients keep coming by time. I reached here at 8.30am and it’s 10.30am. My number won’t be up for another 3 people. Why smart queuing system? To ask for more doctors and to quicken the process seems a bit unproductive and not reasonable. but for a system, that has been created by students many times, I’m sure this is not a problem. Atleast in these 2 hours of waiting, I can wait in my car and be comfortable. or go back at my hostel. and let the apps tell me my number is getting near. I come here without migraine but now my head’s is aching due to waiting and my condition is not to be around the public as it will affect everyone else. so please consider my idea
