Helping International Students from the perspective of an International Student

UTM has welcomed thousands of international students into its vast university and being so big, life in UTM can get unorganized, International students, in particular, can have a hard time to navigate themselves here especially due to the language barrier, students feel helpless to the bureaucratic system of UTM and at times feel like they are truly alone and far away from home with no one to help them. I would like to propose that there be a dedicated HELP CENTRE for international students where the students can get assistance regarding almost any problem they face. The HELP CENTRE will be a one-stop solution, international students will not be referred to various other places to resolve their problems. This HELP CENTRE has massive potential to help International students feel less like a minority and more like they are a part of Malaysia.
