Hello, I want to make little suggestions regarding the university’s official accounts on facebook and Instagram.
You may have thought of this thing before. But, I believe that suggestions are always tolerated.
Thus, as one of the very proud UTM’s students, and a person who wants to see his university always on the top. I believe that we need to ” verify the official university’s Instagram and Facebook accounts ( specially the Instagram account because it may be easier and then may be automatically followed by the facebook one).
I believe that this step is very important to the UTM, as our university is one of the world’s elite leading universities and needs this thing to be done in order to strengthen it’s social media index ranking and to achieve the best goals from the social media.
The procedure of verification is very easy. All you need to do is just requesting a verification from the options and then sending any official documentary that stands for the university. After that, the verification will be approved and the blue sign near the username will appear.
Furthermore, I think , we need to use the Instagram’s and Facebook’s story mode more and post more stories in the account, as i believe that there are so many stories that the students would be very happy to share with others. You can take ITU’s ( Istanbul technical university) and U of T ‘s (university of Toronto) accounts as an example for that.
Also, I think posting more photographs of our campus, facilities and related activities as stories and then saving them as highlights would be very helpful to increase the university’s internationalism and popularity in the world elite university’s community.
I believe that there are so many students that would be very happy to volunteer and share their awesome stories, campus’s pictures, activities’ videos and a lot more.
At last, I wish that you consider my suggestions seriously and accept them with the hugest tolerance.
