Exit Lecture for retiring academic staff

Salam – Normally we have a lecture by selected professor. There is no chance a senior lecturer who have no titles to give a public lecture. Why not give them a chance to share something before they leave. If not at the University level at least at the faculty. It is not a requirement but it is an optional for them. I believe they have something to share with the university or their faculty. I am willing to do it before i retire in March 2017. I have a very interesting topic to share with the rest. it is about Keris. Can this be consider as an idea? peace.
