As I see the Center Point (L51) of UTM is not used anymore, me and some of my friends have an idea of changing the place into a meeting place for UTM students as well as a place to hang out in between classes. I did mention the idea to Pejabat Harta Bina officer and the response was students are not allowed to develop any places inside UTM except in Student Mall. Since the Center Point is like an abandoned place, we can change it into something. Feel free to contact me so we can turn the idea into something.
