Care for UTM’s stray cats society

Society based on volunteer work and donation fund. Catch the cats, bring to utm animal shelter (if we have- if dont we should be have one). Neutered the cats, bring to vet for medical treatment (if required), open for adoption or else for feral cats can be release back around utm- we can control their population in long run
