Because of MCO, many departments in UTM are organising workshops, seminars, and short talk sessions online. This is a positive development since knowledge should be shared with all. That said, every department is conducting its own workshops / seminars / short talk sessions, and these events may overlap at the same time. Additionally, organisers will send emails post-event, with slides and recording sessions to all staff. Can UTM consider developing a one-stop repository platform to share all slides and recording sessions for these events? This would
– save time to do a search
– eliminate emails that address to all staff
– serve as a good knowledge repository for our expertise
