Having an online site for the past test and final question papers

I would like to suggest this idea as this would be helpful for most of the international students as many gets confused or is not sure from where to practice the questions that might be upcoming in the tests or finals. Having a website where all the previous test papers as well as the solutions from the lecturers are available would be helpful for the international as well as the local students.
