There are two major things that most of our students are lacked of;
1) financial sustainability
2) appropriate attitude, aptitude and behavior in being relevant to working world.
3) most of the students tend to waste their time less relevant activities.
4) number of pro-active students are very limited and it is not become the culture.
5) our students competition, conscience and survival rate compared to other IPT especially one located at around Klang Valley are relatively low.

I am suggesting few rules and condition which could solve both of this problem.
1) making it compulsory for all restaurants, cafeteria or convenient store tenderer to employ certain number students as part-time staff in their premises.

2) re-brand and re-promoted the Skim Pelajar Bekerja not restricted in academic or research based PTJ to other relevant PTJ especially like Mosque, Library, Pusat Sukan. They need to be promoted and publicized as a competitive and exemplary students.

3) include an initiative for the students to take part in trading or economic activities as part of Skim Pelajar Bekerja. For example, a low rental rate for the student if they want to rent a premise inside campus to do their business.

I strongly believed that if the culture of working or part-time job is encouraged and flourish among students, it will improve their character and capacity at great extend. This model were already successful in many premier universities in most advanced countries, Japan, Korea, Holland, German, Sweden, UK, etc.
