Course File on Learning

It has been a practice to keep hardcopy course file for every course for use as evidence during accreditation for EAC or MQA. Since all information in the course file are on e-learning, it is suggested that UTM stop the practice of maintaining hardcopy course files. E-learning can be updated with all the necessary information that is contained in the course file. This way we can optimize on the utilization of space, reduce time doing redundant work ie updating both course file and e-learning, improve sustainability by reducing the use of paper and purchasing of files, and meet accreditation requirements.
