I have recently encountered 2 difficulties which I think could be merged into one solution.
1) UTM smart home seems underutilized. It cant be accessed by staff/student/ visitors except via appointment.
2) Getting UTM merchandises is a little bit hard due to its hidden location as well as unavailable parking for students and visitors around the area.
My suggestion is to allocate a room/area for UTM merchandise in UTM smart home. It is located in a very strategic place but not many people would be able to visit due to our close door policy. I would also think that by having these 2 combined, we could improve our visibility in term of promoting UTM brand as UTM ecotourism campus.
