Global Outreach Program for UTM UGs with Low-Ranked Universities in Indonesia

Global Outreach Program from Department of Landscape Architecture FABU with Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta started in 2008 and lasted until 2017. UTM went to UMS four times, and in return UMS visited UTM three times. The GOP generally involved 15 to 32 UGs frm UTM and 20 to 30 UGS from UMS. They learned about culture and etiquette and people-place relationship through tours the cities and villages. Then, at the end of the GOP, the UGs performed two-day workshop on design of people’s place.
