having the concept of Idea bank in each Faculty

I think if our beloved UTM Top management encourage All faculties to have their own idea bank website/or online platform, this will increase the level of visible constructive ideas and will maximize completions among Faculty members for better of our university development and research innovation. later on each faculty select the best idea and send it to the main central IDEA BANK website, for second competition.
